The Company

The ITG Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Stralsund-based ITG Ingenieur-, Tief- und Gleisbau GmbH and works as a developer for self-developed real estate projects in the area of residential property.

The ITG Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH was foundet July, 19th in 2012 and has already implemented the projects Fährzingel, Project 13 and Quartier 14 within the framework of the activity. Each of these three notable projects is located in an excellent location in the center of the Hanseatic Town of Stralsund.

The latest project is as well located right in the heart of Stralsund’s old town. The building complex of three high-quality residential and commercial buildings, which represent a contemporary addition to local buildings, is being built in Heiligetstraße corner Jacobiturmstraße. They will provide space for a total of 12 individual residential units as well as 3 commercial units.
